  OUT OF HOME CARE NETWORK GROUP MEETING

Meeting at PeakCare Queensland, 11th September 2008


Following our last Out Of Home Care Network group meeting and discussions about the PSU’s, I contacted Jennifer Pouwer, Director - Placement Coordination Branch, Service Delivery Partnerships Division in respect to arranging to have someone come to our next meeting. Jennifer has graciously agreed to attend our meeting.

Future Families is a collaborative infant and early childhood mental health program that promotes a multi-agency approach to service delivery. The clinical arm of the program is for families with infants and very young children who have severe and complex needs relating to disrupted attachment relationships.
