The program provides both family and non-family based care, including staffed residential facilities in the Gladstone region where children and young people will be supported by in-house Support Workers and a full-time Psychologist. For many participants in the program, it is anticipated that they will transition from the high-level residential support model into the care of an individual carer or supported foster family situation.

Actively involved in our residential care placement program, Residential Support Workers support and assist children and young people who have been placed in residential care facilities, contributing to the implementation of their Care Plans to ensure physical, emotional and intellectual needs are met.
